Frequently asked questions

Short answers about signing in, subjects, XP, the leaderboard, class times and study language.

What is Study Space?

Study Space is an independent study hub with course introductions, lesson summaries, practice questions, a class calendar and optional rewards. It is currently a beta intended only for 2nd-year Digital Management students (Ca’ Foscari, H-Campus) and is maintained by Matteo Daniel Mezin. It is not an official university service and is not endorsed by Ca’ Foscari University, H-FARM, Google or individual professors.

Who can use it and how do I sign in?

The beta is open to 2nd-year Digital Management students. Sign in with Google: it is the only way to sign in, and your account is created on first access. Study Space has no password sign-in.

After your first sign-in you choose a permanent username of 3–24 letters, digits or underscores, starting with a letter or digit. Usernames are unique regardless of letter case and cannot be changed later. You can read the public About, FAQ, Privacy and Terms pages without an account.

Which subjects are available?

There are six subjects. Organizing, E-Business and Marketing have lesson summaries with practice for XP. Project Management, Ethics of AI and Management Control still await content.

How do XP, levels, badges and streaks work?

XP, levels, badges and streaks are motivational study features. They do not affect university marks or carry financial value.

Who sees my profile on the leaderboard?

Every account with a username takes part in the class leaderboard automatically. Other signed-in students can see your username, rank, level, total XP, badges and completed XP lessons on the leaderboard and your public profile. They never see your email, settings or individual answers. There is no public leaderboard for visitors without an account.

Where do class times come from?

The calendar uses Ca’ Foscari’s live public timetable for ETR7, 2nd year, so it follows timetable changes automatically. Project Management and Ethics of AI are not in that timetable feed. Confirm important dates with official university sources.

Can I study in Italian?

Yes. Choose your study language in Profile → Settings; the default is English. Anything that has not been translated yet is shown in English.

Are the summaries official?

No. Summaries and practice explanations are study aids: they may contain omissions or errors, and some may be AI-assisted. They do not replace original readings, lectures, course requirements or official exam announcements.

How do I delete my account or report a mistake?

Email Matteo Daniel Mezin at mezin.matteo@gmail.com. To delete your account and linked study records, write from the address linked to your account; there is no self-service deletion button. To report a mistake, include the affected page. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use have the full details.
